- How do I make a tour reservation?
You can book a tour online through our website. Alternatively, you can also make reservations via Instagram DM. Payment options include credit card, Paypal, and more.
- What is included in the tour?
The tour includes an English-speaking guide and entrance fees to major tourist destinations (if applicable). However, food, personal shopping expenses, and transportation costs are not included.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.
- In which languages is the tour conducted?
Our tours are conducted in English. If you have specific language requests, please inform us in advance.
- Can I bring children on the tour?
Yes, families with children are welcome to join our tours.
- What if I have special requests or needs?
If you have any allergies or special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?
Tours will proceed as scheduled in the event of rain. However, in cases of severe weather, the tour itinerary may be adjusted for safety reasons.

The meeting point and time are indicated in your booking confirmation. A final confirmation email will be sent the day before the tour, so please check that as well.

Unfortunately, switching vehicles during the tour is not allowed. Once the tour begins, you will remain in the same vehicle for the entire duration of the experience. This policy ensures that you can fully enjoy and get accustomed to the specific car you've chosen for the tour.
- Are the routes and destinations consistent across all packages?
The routes and destinations are generally fixed across all packages to ensure the best experience. However, in cases of bad weather or other unforeseen conditions, the driver may adjust the route to prioritize your safety and comfort.
- Can I personally drive the Supercar?
Unfortunately, you cannot personally drive the Supercar during the tour. The experience is designed for you to enjoy the thrill and luxury of the Supercar from the passenger seat while a professional driver handles the vehicle.
